Advice From Real Patients - Survivorship
Advice From Real Patients - SurvivorshipSurvivorship for me is an ongoing battle. It is an ongoing mission. Survivorship is the fierce urgency ofnow. Survivorship is what are you doing every day to make sure that you survive. How are youchanging your diet? How are you changing your approach to life? The negative items that can impact your lifespan, are you eliminating those and are you focusing onjoy? I wake up with a positive spirit every day. I try to smile, I laugh, I try to joke and I try to makeothers feel good because that will only come back to you. What I'll say to other individuals who are surviving is that you are probably some of the strongestpeople you will ever meet.So when you're down, just know that you are strong and you can do it and you can make it.Page 1 ofThis program is for informational purposes only.
