Paso a Paso: Sentándote con una Andadera (Sin Soportar Peso)

Párate directamente enfrente de tu silla, con la vista en dirección opuesta. Pon la pierna sana hacia atrás. Empieza a sentarte y coloca la mano del lado de la pierna no lastimada en la silla, para equilibrarte. Coloca la otra mano en el lado opuesto de la silla. Siéntate totalmente en la silla.
