This Privacy Policy applies to digital health tools made available by Mercury Healthcare, Inc. dba WebMD Ignite (“WebMD Ignite”) on behalf of Centene Corporation (“Centene”). These tools may include online applications, assessments, and interactive experiences designed to support health education and awareness. This policy governs how information is collected, used, and protected through these tools.

Use of Information
Information collected through these tools is used to provide general health-related guidance and support Centene’s healthcare services. WebMD Ignite collects and processes data solely on behalf of Centene and in accordance with its instructions. WebMD Ignite does not use the data for its own independent purposes.
Data Storage and Retention
All data is stored on secure servers located in the United States. Information is retained only as long as Centene continues to use the applicable tool(s). Data is permanently deleted upon termination of the applicable agreement or cessation of use by Centene.
Analytics and Third-Party Technologies
Certain tools may incorporate analytics technologies to help Centene understand usage patterns and improve the experience. When analytics are used, personally identifiable information is removed or de-identified before processing. Centene may also enable its own tags, cookies, or analytics tools on the versions of the tools it administers. WebMD Ignite does not control or assume responsibility for such client-added technologies.
HIPAA and Health Information
Personal and health-related information collected through the tools may be treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and will be used and disclosed only as permitted by HIPAA and applicable agreements.
